A.C. LaRocco now offers two pizzas featuring Ocean Nutrition Canada Ltd.'s MEG-3 EPA/DHA in the crust. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) are essential fatty acids important for good health and normal growth and development, according to Ocean Nutrition Canada. The frozen, all natural and organic vegetarian pizzas -- in Tomato & Feta and Greek Sesame -- are made with immediate quick-frozen vegetables, fresh garlic, real cheese and fresh herbs. The whole-wheat pizza crust contains 32 milligrams of EPA/DHA per serving. LaRocco has also signed a trademark license agreement to feature the MEG-3 brand on the packaging.
