Buehler’s Adds Authentic Chinese Cuisine in Canton

Buehler’s Fresh Foods has added authentic Chinese cuisine to its Nobles Pond store in Canton, Ohio, with the addition of Blazing Wok. Located just inside the store, Buehler’s new Blazing Wok is led by Chef Jeff Yang, former proprietor of Manchu Café, who recently joined the Wooster, Ohio-based grocer.

“This is a unique opportunity to extend our prepared food take-out line, and to introduce authentic Chinese entrees to the mix,” added Dan Shanahan, president and COO of Buehler’s Fresh Foods.

Blazing Wok features a variety of Chinese dishes, as well as a great selection of vegetarian and gluten free items, while its signature entrees are the highlight of the menu and unique to the Buehler’s location.

Customers are able to order ahead for carry out meals or dine-in at Buehler’s café seating area. Hours for the Blazing Wok are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Buehler’s Fresh Foods is a division of E&H Family Group, which operates 14 supermarkets in northeastern Ohio and Ace hardware stores.
