Fleet Fuel Cards Now Accepted at Kroger
NASHVILLE -- Fleet One LLC forged an agreement with Kroger recently, which will allow the retailer to accept the Fleet One Local fuel card at all 720 Kroger-owned grocery stores with fuel islands and at all Kroger- owned convenience stores.
Robert Nix, vice president of merchant acceptance for Fleet One, told CSNews Online the card program is underway at all retail locations. The deal, he noted, has been on the table for a while. "We have been in discussion and development with Kroger for about 6 months," he told CSNews Online.
Nix explained that the Fleet One fuel card further increases the company's presence and services nationwide.
"This agreement allows us to partner with one of the nation's largest and most respected retail grocery chains," he said in a released statement. "Our commercial customers have been anxious to take advantage of the benefits that Kroger already provides to their consumer customers."
