High's Optimizes Customer Experience With New Technology


BALTIMORE -- High's of Baltimore launched a new rewards program accompanied by a branded website and mobile application (app) available across all smartphone platforms.

The app, powered by OpenStore by GasBuddy, features updated gas prices, locations, in-store promotions and more. Customers can also send feedback from their mobile phones, review job postings and receive time-sensitive electronic mobile coupons.

"High's Rewards is a whole new avenue customers can take to connect with our brand, both inside and outside of our stores," said Jason Cole, marketing coordinator for High's."By continuing to provide greater value inside our stores and now adding greater value at the pump, OpenStore has allowed us to gain an overall greater and more loyal customer base than we ever had."

Many other convenience store retailers also utilize the OpenStore by GasBuddy platform, including Phillips 66, Super Pantry, Thorntons Inc., E-Z Mart Stores Inc. and The Pantry Inc.'s Kangaroo Express.
