Murphy Oil To Deploy LCD at the Pump
NEW MILFORD, Conn. -- Murphy Oil will be offering 20-inch high-definition, daylight viewable LCD's at their gas pumps to entertain and inform customers while they fill up, according to a press release issue by Magenta, a leader in the adaptive distribution and switching of video/audio/serial signals over Cat5 cable, who will be supplying the MultiView Series Cat5 transmitters, multi-port transmitters, distribution hubs and receivers to the project.
The gasoline pump dynamic signage is being deployed by Gas Station TV, based in Oak Park, Mich., following extensive, comparison pilot testing at Murphy Oil locations in Dallas.
