Parker’s Completes Chainwide Integration of PriceAdvantage, OpenStore

SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Parker's successfully integrated PriceAdvantage fuel price management and OpenStore media marketing at its 29 convenience stores.

"We are excited to be among the first to have the PriceAdvantage and OpenStore integration at all of our stores as it gives us managed fuel pricing from headquarters to the customer," said Greg Parker, CEO of the Parker Cos. "Parker's stores strive to be recognized for quality products at competitive prices and now we can communicate our fuel prices faster and easier in a matter of minutes through PriceAdvantage and OpenStore, both at the store and online."

Specifically, Parker's is using PriceAdvantage's SMART Fuel Pricing, which provides automation for the entire fuel process from collections of competitive surveys to sophisticated analysis for best price determination.

"PriceAdvantage and OpenStore together give fuel retailers, like Parker's, greater control in managing prices, from the review process to implementation at the store and online," said Chip Stadjuhar, CEO of Skyline Products Inc., parent company to PriceAdvantage. "This allows retailers to make fuel pricing changes with more flexibility, and to make sure the prices online are always the most accurate, making the most of their marketing efforts."

In addition to using SMART Fuel Pricing, Parker's stores also utilize PriceAdvantage to feed price changes to its VeriFone point-of-sale systems, pump and Skyline electronic price signs.
