TA to Celebrate Mother's Day With Free Meals

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America (TA) is inviting all female professional drivers to enjoy a complimentary meal this Mother's Day, May 13, at its participating TA and Petro Stopping Centers sit-down restaurants across the United States.

TA and Petro will be honoring the service and sacrifice of women who make a living out on the road on the day dedicated to appreciating mothers and women everywhere, the company stated.

"We understand that drivers sacrifice their personal and family time by being on the road, doing what needs to be done to keep America moving," said Tom O'Brien, president and CEO of TravelCenters of America. "We hope to make Mother's Day a little brighter for moms and daughters, aunts and nieces, and grandmothers and granddaughters, especially if they are away from their families on this special day."

On Mother's Day, women drivers simply need to show their valid commercial driver's license (CDL) to their restaurant server prior to ordering to receive one free meal (up to a $15 value) at more than 170 participating Iron Skillet, Country Pride and other full-service, homestyle restaurants within TA and Petro Stopping Centers.

TravelCenters of America operates 238 locations off interstate highway exits in 41 states and Canada.
