Tom Oare Resigns From PCATS

ARLINGTON, Va. -- Effective June 30, 2009, Tom Oare will resign from his position as executive director and CEO of PCATS "for personal, non-medical reasons," he said in an e-mail announcement.

Effective immediately, R. Scott Wood will be the executive contact.
