QuikTrip's Cadieux Lands on Top CEO List
TULSA, Okla. — Chet Cadieux III, CEO of QuikTrip Corp., is ranked among the top chief executives in the United States, according to a new list by job site Glassdoor.
The Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their CEO's leadership, along with insight into their job, work environment and employer over the past year.
Cadieux takes the No. 28 spot on this year's list with a 95-percent approval rating. Last year, he held the No. 26 spot.
This year, the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards for the Highest Rated CEOs feature six distinct categories across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
In the U.S., Glassdoor has revealed the 100 Highest Rated CEOs (honoring CEOs at employers with 1,000 or more employees), and the 25 Highest Rated CEOs at Small & Medium Companies (honoring CEOs at employers with less than 1,000 employees).
Topping the list of Highest Rated CEOs for 2017 is Clorox CEO Benno Dorer with a 99-percent approval rating.
Cadieux, who also serves as chairman and president of QuikTrip Corp, was inducted into the Convenience Store News Hall of Fame in 2016. He is only the second offspring of a Hall of Famer to be inducted. Convenience Store News launched the Hall of Fame in 1987 with the induction of his father, Chester Cadieux.
Tulsa-based QuikTrip has more than 750 convenience stores in 11 states.
