7-Eleven Expands Iced Coffee Line
HOUSTON – 7-Eleven chose Javo Beverage Co. to increase its line of fountain-dispensed specialty iced coffees and lattes in Northeast stores. With the line-up, customers can prepare coffeehouse-style specialty beverages at store's self-service coffee bar.
"This high-quality coffee program has been in some of 7-Eleven's most demanding and highest volume coffee locations," said Cody Ashwell, Javo Beverage Co.'s chairman and CEO. "Customers have responded very positively to the iced coffee and lattes so far at the stores where we initially launched the program."
Only 500 of the chains 7,000 stores in North America currently offer the self-serve coffee bar. The ready-to-drink beverages -- Mocha Latte, French Vanilla Latte, Columbian Iced Coffee, Hazelnut Iced Coffee and Columbian Decaf Iced Coffee -- are made from gourmet fresh-brewed coffees that are available in one gallon dispenser packs that fit in cold-drink dispensers.
