AAFES Launches 'Toast to You' Contest

DALLAS -- The Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is joining with Palm Bay, importer of Cavit wines, to salute the military community with a 'Toast to You' contest, beginning today.

The contest will award five winners each a gift pack containing a corkpull, foilcutter, Ghiradelli chocolates, wine glasses and a cookbook. In addition, one grand-prize winner will receive a $100 AAFES Exchange gift card. The prize packages are sponsored by Cavit.

The winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries to the contest question: "What is your favorite food and wine pairing?" Exchange customers, 21 years or older, can submit one entry each by posting a favorite food and wine pairing as a comment to the AAFES blog posting about the contest, at www.salutetoyourservice.com. Entries are due by June 29 and must include full name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone numbers, date of birth and nearest Army or Air Force Exchange.

After the final deadline, a panel of judges will review all the entries and a total of six winners will be randomly drawn. More information can be found on AAFES' Facebook page.
