Alimentation Couche-Tard Not Involved in Grupo Modelo Deal

LAVAL, Quebec – Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. issued a notice to clarify that it is not involved with the purchase of 878 Extra brand of convenience stores from Grupo Modelo in Mexico.

Circulo K is a licensee of Couche-Tard's subsidiary Circle K and holds the rights to develop the Circle K brand in Mexico. More information on the deal is available here.
