Arizona C-stores Come to Market

MESA Ariz. — Two area convenience stores with gas have been given for-sale signs.

According to NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC, the properties are located on a heavily trafficked arterial street in Mesa and are being sold without fuel supply or gas brand. 

The Chicago firm has been retained by a lender to coordinate the sale.

The store located at Broadway and Val Vista is 4,383 square feet on a 1.15-acre site which includes a car wash. The second store at Broadway and Gilbert is 2,470 square feet on a 20,700-square-foot site.

"These are attractive stores," said Evan Gladstone, NRC's executive managing director. "They should be a good fit for smaller operators or jobbers, and we expect strong interest from the market."

The properties will be sold using NRC's sealed-bid sale process. Property Specific Packages are expected to be available in later this month, with a bid deadline of June 28.
