HOUSTON -- CCF Inc. is putting nine stores in Wisconsin and Minnesota up for sale, according to Situs Capital Services, the commercial real estate consulting firm that Chaska, Minn.-based CCF engaged to manage the disposition of the convenience stores located across the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. The sites are for sale on a “one, some, or all” basis.
All of the convenience stores included in the sale maintain fee simple ownership interests. The average size store is approximately 2,000 to 2,500 square feet and the majority of the stores are in smaller metropolitan areas or rural areas. All of the stores provide service for unbranded gasoline. One store has foodservice facilities; the stores have from nine to 18 cooler doors.
