Two new varieties are available of Boursin's soft spreadable cheese from Normandy -- Fig, Raisin & Nut and Shallot & Chive. Made from premium fresh ingredients, the creamy cheese can be used on crisp baguette rounds or crackers, and complemented with a young red or dry white wine, the company stated. The Fig, Raisin & Nut variety is sweet with a fruity accent, while Shallot & Chive is a classic flavor pairing with a slight tang. The two new flavors are supported by a print and in-store campaign.
