Celebrity Chefs to Headline IDDBA 17 Expo

MADISON, Wis. — The annual International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) expo has cooked up something special for attendees.

Celebrity chefs George Duran, Giada De Laurentiis, Aarón Sánchez and Shaun O’Neal will present live demonstrations during the Show & Sell Workshop. During these sessions, the chefs will engage the audience with intimate and actionable learning experiences, presenting concepts and ideas, answering questions, and teaching different foods and dishes.

The scheduled presentations are as follows:

Sunday, June 4

George Duran, Trending Now: Cheese Adds Value to ISB Sales, 4:30 – 5 p.m.

Monday, June 5

Giada De Laurentiis, Giada Entertains, 12 – 12:30 p.m.

Aarón Sánchez, Trending Now: Authentic Tortas, 3:30 – 4 p.m.

Tuesday, June 6

Shaun O’Neal, Trending Now: bone Marrow & Value Cuts, 12- 12:30 p.m.

IDDBA 17 is scheduled for June 4-6 in Anaheim, Calif.

Madison, Wis.-based IDDBA is a nonprofit membership organization serving the dairy, deli, bakery, cheese and supermarket foodservice industries.
