Chester International To Celebrate 40 Years
Chester International LLC will commemorate its 40th anniversary next month by extending a special promotion to its customers.
In celebration of the anniversary, participating Chester's restaurants will host a birthday party on Friday, October 14th for Chester the Chicken. Also, to celebrate the loyalty of its customers, Chester's will offer 40-cent chicken tenders exclusively on this day.
"We are delighted to celebrate Chester's 40th anniversary," said Ted Giles, CEO of the Birmingham, Ala-based chain and son of founder, W.O. Giles. "This is not only a birthday for Chester, but a celebration of 40 years of serving great tasting chicken to millions of satisfied and loyal customers. This celebration is a way for all of us at Chester's to express our thanks. We also extend our thanks to all of the operators of Chester's restaurants who have made the last 40 years such a tremendous success."
The block party style celebration is open for all to attend. Chester's 40th birthday will include meal deals and fun festivities at each location. There are more than 1,700 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations, many found in convenience stores.
The anniversary comes as Chester's implements an aggressive expansion program, in which the company seeks to launch 500 new franchises in the next five years.
