Circle K Selling Portfolio of Oklahoma City Area Stores

LAVAL, Quebec -- Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.'s Circle K Stores division is selling a portfolio of 42 properties in the Oklahoma City area, according to The Boulder Group, a boutique investment real estate service firm that is helping the convenience store retailer facilitate the sale.

The asking price for the Circle K portfolio is just over $60 million, and the stores come with a lease term of 12 years, according to the sale listing on The Boulder Group's website.

Of the 42 Oklahoma properties, five are located in Edmond; two are in Midwest City; two are in Moore; five are in Norman; 24 are in Oklahoma City; and four are in Yukon.

Northbrook, Ill.-based The Boulder Group specializes in single tenant net lease properties. Since the firm's founding in 1997, it has arranged the acquisition and disposition of more than $1.4 billion of single tenant net lease real estate transactions through several real estate cycles.
