Cumberland Farms Gives Free Coffee to Plow Drivers
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — Cumberland Farms announced Tuesday that it would offer free coffee, tea or hot chocolate to any municipal, state or private plow driver working to clear public roads until noon Wednesday.
Drivers could stop by any one of the brand’s retail locations in the Northeast affected by Blizzard Juno for a free Farmhouse Blend or Bold coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino or tea — any size, hot or iced.
“We are so thankful for the continuous efforts of hundreds of plow drivers to keep our communities safe throughout this historical snowstorm,” said Gwen Forman, senior vice president of marketing at Cumberland Farms. “As drivers continue clearing the public roads of up to three feet of snow throughout New England, we would like to thank them for their service hard at work.”
Cumberland Farms has nearly 600 convenience stores in eight states.
