Cumberland Farms to Install Citizens ATMs

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – Nearly 600 ATMs at Cumberland Farms convenience stores will be rebranded to the Citizens Bank name through a partnership with Providence, Mass.-based Citizens Financial Group, Boston.com reported.

The convenience stores seeing the new ATM brand are located in New England and Mid-Atlantic states, as well as some locations in Florida, Citizens said in a press release cited by the Web site. The ATMs will be surcharge-free for all Citizens Bank and Charter One customers, according to the report.

ATMs now in Cumberland Farms stores will be replaced with updated models under the Citizens brand. Citizens is partnering with EDC on rebranding the ATMs in Cumberland Farms stores, the report stated.

"The additional ATMs at Cumberland Farms convenience stores will bring the total number of ATMs available to Citizens Bank and Charter One customers to nearly 3,800," Citizens said in a statement cited by the Web site.
