05/15/2006
GRANBY, Conn.--To mark the opening of its newest convenience store last month, Cumberland Farms presented a $1,000 donation to support the Granby Little League. The Granby store brings Cumberland’s total store count to 592 stores.

The Canton, Mass.-based c-store retailer plans to open five additional new stores this year in E. Brookfield, Mass., Blackstone, Mass., Laconia, N.H., Leicester, Mass., and Glenmont, N.Y.

The Granby, Conn., store is Cumberland’s fourth new site this year and is larger than the typical Cumberland unit and offers gasoline, according to the press release.
