Eagle Panco Heating/Proofing Cabinets

Eagle Foodservice Equipment enhanced the line of Panco transport holding cabinets for heating/proofing processes. The NSF-, UL- and CUL-approved cabinets are made of all-aluminum construction and can fit both full- and half-size sheet pans. An added option allows the cabinets to accommodate a 12- by 20-inch food pan. Controls are mounted on the exterior for ease of adjustment without interrupting the processes inside. Additional features include a digital display, adjustable thermostatic temperature control, adjustable humidity control and the patented Temp-Gard Airflow Design to ensure even circulation. Cabinets are available in full- or half-size with removable or fixed tray slides.
