Farm Rich Whole Wheat French Toast Sticks

Farm Rich now offers Whole Wheat French Toast Sticks, made with white wheat flour. The sticks, which can be used during any daypart, provide increased fiber over the original variety. One Whole Wheat French Toast Stick offers the vitamin D equivalent to an 8-ounce glass of milk and 90 percent of the recommended daily value for calcium. In addition, the sticks contain 11 vitamins and minerals, as well as zero grams of trans fat, the company said. They can be baked, fried or microwaved.
