Fresh & Easy to Open Two New California Locations
LA QUINTA, Calif. -- City officials here recently issued a certificate of occupancy for a Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market in La Quinta, adding to its other locations in Cathedral City, Indio, Palm Desert and Palm Springs, according to a report in The Desert Sun.
The company is expected to open the store in the La Quinta Village area in April, officials said in the report, and a second location is expected off Fred Waring Drive and Jefferson Street with the opening date still to be announced, the newspaper reported.
