Gulf Electricity Arrives in New Hampshire

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Gulf Oil LP now offers its Gulf Electricity service in New Hampshire. This marks the fourth state for the program, which is already available in Connecticut, Maine and Massachusetts.

Gulf Electricity is part of the company's ongoing strategy to provide the marketplace with cost-effective, efficient energy options. New Hampshire residents now have an opportunity to enjoy vast savings on the energy portion of their power bills compared to competitor PSNH, according to Gulf Oil.

"Granite State residents already know and trust Gulf's brand name from our 110-year history," said Gulf Oil Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Rick Dery. "When customers sign up to receive Gulf Electricity, they know they are signing on with a century old, reliable company committed to providing excellent customer service and competitive rates. We are very excited to be entering the New Hampshire market, and look forward to providing solid savings to thousands of people throughout the state."

Gulf Electricity suggests that customers check out its Savings Calculator to see how much they can save by switching from their current energy company. In addition, Gulf Electricity is offering a $10 Power Points Card -- redeemable for free gas at participating Gulf gasoline stations -- for every customer that makes the switch.

Framingham, Mass.-based Gulf Oil LP launched Gulf Electricity in 2012. Gulf Oil operates more than 2,500 convenience stores and gas stations.
