Heartland, AJB Partner to Reduce Merchants’ Transaction Costs

PRINCETON, N.J. and TORONTO -- Heartland Payment Systems Inc. formed a strategic partnership with AJB Software Design Inc. in an effort to help retailers reduce costs, as well as comply with security mandates; Europay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV); and other emerging forms of payment.

The partnership, announced at Retail’s BIG Show 2014: NRF’s 103rd Annual Convention & Expo, will enable Heartland’s Portico Gateway to support merchants through AJB’s Flexible Integrated Payments and Retail Transaction Switch solutions.
