Jolt Energy 16-ounce Resealable Can

Wet Planet Beverages is shaking up energy drinks with the Aug. 1 launch of Jolt Energy in new 16-ounce resealable cans, using Dayton Systems Group's closure technology with Rexam's Cap Can. Jolt Energy, which was first launched in a 23.5-ounce can in 2005, is available in seven flavors, all of which contain taurine, ginseng, guarana, vitamin B complex and caffeine. The 16-ounce cans are 100 percent recyclable, and allow the drink to retain its carbonation longer than non-resealable cans, the company stated. The 16-ounce can has a suggested retail price of $2.39.
