Krispy Kreme to Celebrate National Coffee Day With Free Coffee
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Krispy Kreme will celebrate National Coffee Day and its new Krispy Kreme Signature Coffee Blends on Sept. 29 by giving away free 12-ounce cups of its House Blend Coffee to customers, the chain announced.
"In honor of National Coffee Day, we're inviting Krispy Kreme fans to stop in or drive thru for a complimentary cup of our great-tasting new coffee," said Ron Rupocinski, corporate chef for Krispy Kreme. "By itself, our House Blend Coffee is a great cup of coffee. But it's an even sweeter treat when you pair it with one of our delicious signature doughnuts."
The offer is good for one free cup per customer at participating U.S. and Canadian Krispy Kreme locations. Krispy Kreme described its Signature House Blend as a smooth, medium-bodied, Latin American blend with a balanced flavor profile for the everyday coffee drinker. The company's Signature Coffee is also available in Dark Roast Coffee and House Decaf Coffee blends.
Additionally, customers can enter the “Last Bad Coffee Face-Off” contest on Krispy Kreme's Facebook page now through Oct. 24. Seven weekly winners will receive Coffee Face-Off Prize Packs and a grand-prize winner will receive a trip for two to Krispy Kreme's company headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C.
