Kum & Go and TransFund Expand ATM Program
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa -- Kum & Go will expand its ATM relationship with TransFund, where it will install TransFund's ATM program at an additional 100 store locations.
ATM fees hit record numbers last year, according to Bankrate.com. American consumers paid more than $4.3 billion in withdrawal fees last year alone.
The program, called the Totally Free ATM program, provides no-fee transactions for customers easing their financial burden.
"This ATM program has a positive impact on our current and future customers," said Jack Wilkie, senior vice president of marketing for Kum & Go. "Allowing customer access to their cash, with no surcharge and no fees from the issuing banks, is another way for us to exceed customer expectations. Plus this is a great way for Kum & Go to distinguish our offering from other convenience stores."
New ATMs will be deployed at all Kum and Go locations in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas under the TransFund Totally FreeTM and/or TransFund NC brands.
