WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Kum & Go LC is ringing in the new year with an agreement with Intouch Insight Inc., whereby the company will provide customer experience measurement services to the convenience store retailer.
The initial term of the agreement runs through 2017 and is expected to involve nearly 15,000 individual site visits to Kum & Go locations during that time.

Founded in 1992, Intouch Insight is a market research company specializing in mobile data capture. Its product suite includes mystery shopping, operational site audits and regulatory compliance audits, voice of the customer programs, forms automation software, and event marketing automation.
West Des Moines-based Kum & Go is a family-owned c-store chain that operates more than 400 c-stores in 11 states.
