Long Island Gas Retailers Association Selects Provision

NEW YORK -- The Long Island Gasoline Retailers Association (LIGRA) signed agreements with Provision Interactive Technologies Inc. to install patented 3D holographic displays in up to 800 member stores throughout the state, Provision stated.

The video displays will be located inside independent convenience stores of major franchise gas retailers including Shell, ExxonMobil, CITGO, Sunoco, BP, Amoco and Gulf, according to the company.

"This agreement is potentially the largest store count Provision has signed to-date. We are very proud that retailers' confidence in our technology, products and services continues to grow," Curt Thornton, president and CEO of Provision, said in a statement. "With this contract, Provision has the opportunity to provide a truly powerful distribution network to our advertisers."

LIGRA will use Provision's HL40D units to promote products and services, the company stated.

"We're excited to be working with Provision to bring their dynamic 3D holograms into our members' stores," Kevin Beyer, president of LIGRA, said in a statement. "Their attention-grabbing displays will add an exciting point-of-purchase element to our sites."
