Love’s Opens Seven Locations Within Seven Days

OKLAHOMA CITY — March has been a banner month for Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in terms of organic growth. The travel center operator has already opened seven new locations during the third month of the year.

On St. Patrick’s Day, Love’s opened four new travel centers: in Buena Vista, Colo.; Midland, Texas; Scott City, Kan.; and Sikeston, Mo. The Sikeston location marks a milestone for the Oklahoma City-based company, as it is its first travel center to offer a Dunkin’ Donuts location.

“We’re excited about opening our first Dunkin’ Donuts in Sikeston, Mo.,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s. “We are especially interested in providing a high-quality breakfast that includes an array of breakfast sandwiches, famous coffee and, of course, the doughnuts.”

Previously, on March 10, Love’s had tacked on three additional travel centers: in Plymouth, Ind.; Burlington, Colo.; and Nowata, Okla.

“These three locations will serve customers along busy highways and interstates,” Love said. “Opening three locations shows that we strive not only to listen to our customers, but also to meet their needs. We are thrilled to serve our customers in new ways.”

All Love’s travel centers feature showers, RFID cardless fueling and CAT scales, as well as gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift items and electronics.

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores has more than 370 locations in 40 states.
