Mobil Introduces New Travel Guide
CHICAGO -- Mobil Travel Guide's new four-city "Where to Eat" series includes descriptions of Mobil Star-rated restaurants -- the result of undercover inspections covering the full range of dining experience.
Over a 12-month period, both undercover and announced inspectors traveled from city to city, using objective, quantifiable standards created to mirror the average diners' needs and expectations. All of the undercover inspections were done independently, without the knowledge of the restaurant.
For low-key dining, each book also covers street bites such as hot dog stands, pizza parlors and food markets in the given areas. The series also provides additional information on each city and its surrounding suburbs, with descriptions of neighborhoods, information about special food-related attractions, lists of 50 spots to have a drink and budget-friendly restaurants. Each book also includes corresponding maps.
