PEI Hosts "How to Find and Keep the Right Employees" Webinar
TULSA, Okla. -- The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) will co-host a webinar called "How to Find and Keep the Right Employees...Without Stealing from the Competition," on May 21.
Widely published in academic and distribution trade journals, Dr. Kathryne A. Newton will present and co-host the event. A professor of Industrial Distribution and head of the Department of Industrial Technology at Purdue University, Dr. Newton frequently works with distributors, manufacturers and trade associations nationally and internationally.
The interactive Webinar is designed to educate participants on important management activities such as employee selection, screening and programs for keeping employees motivated, the organization reported.
