Duke Energy and ConocoPhillips announced that Michael J. Bradley will lead their efforts to form a new energy master limited partnership (MLP), and Jim Mogg, chief development officer of Duke Energy, will serve as chairman of the new venture.
"I am pleased that Mike Bradley has agreed to become chief executive officer of our new company to reenter the energy MLP arena," said Mogg. "Mike's track record at acquiring and operating energy assets coupled with the depth of experience at Duke Energy Field Services (DEFS), the general partner of the new company, gives us the ingredients to launch a successful venture."

In her new role, Breitzke will be responsible for developing and leveraging RBS Lynk's extensive payment-processing experience to provide innovative stored-value card products to banks, community financial institutions, businesses, retailers and consumers.
The appointment follows RBS Lynk's integration into The Royal Bank of Scotland's family of companies and emergence as a leading provider of electronic payment-processing services.
"Lori Breitzke's vast experience in new products and electronic payments innovation will be a valuable asset as we introduce new stored-value prepaid programs for expanding markets such as employers, unbanked and underbanked consumers," said Erik Hendricks, RBS Lynk's president and CEO. "We are committed to becoming a leader in the stored-value card marketplace."
