Lehigh Acres, Fla. -- David A. St. Clair joined Executive Leadership Solutions as a senior executive recruiter.

With over 30 years experience in the industry, St. Clair began his career with the Majik Market Co. and continued on with other notable companies including starting up and owning his own businesses. Dave started his retail service in the big-box arena and shifted to c-stores a couple of years later. He has operated in every aspect of the convenience store business -- operations, marketing, QSRs, oil changers, car washes, construction and design, transportation and bulk plants.

In other news, Pay By Touch appointed Gus Spanos executive vice president of business development. Spanos led the company’s recent fund-raising effort that secured more than $130 million in new financing.

Spanos has served as an active advisor to Pay By Touch for the past several years and accepted the role as interim CFO last December to lead the company’s fundraising efforts. Under his leadership, Pay By Touch recently raised $75 million in senior secure notes and an additional $55 million in convertible promissory notes. In his new role, Spanos will lead corporate development activities and will continue his fundraising efforts.

Leo Fante joined Consumers Choice Coffee as its new director of business development. "Fante has more than 25 years of experience in the coffee business," said Bob Patterson, president of Consumers Choice Coffee. "With his deep dedication to the product and this community, and after 15 years of recruiting him, we are extremely pleased to have him on our team."

During Fante’s career in the coffee business, he has been a route supervisor, sales manager, branch manager and vice president. Previously he worked for John Conti coffee and has served as president of the Tri-state Coffee Service Association, the Midwest Coffee Service Association and as vice chairman of the National Coffee Service Association.
