Pilot Flying J to Celebrate Truck Driver Appreciation Week for Five Weeks

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — National Truck Driver Appreciation Week may only take place Sept. 10-16, but Pilot Flying J is extending the celebration for more than five weeks through its Pilot Flying J 100 Million myRewards Points Giveaway.

Kicking off Aug. 24 and running through Sept. 30, Pilot Flying J will reward professional drivers with a total 100 million myRewards loyalty points, valued at $1 million. 

"The interstate is filled with hardworking professional drivers who make countless sacrifices to keep our economy moving and our ways of life possible," said Ken Parent, president of Pilot Flying J. "That’s why this driver appreciation season, we're thrilled to show our gratitude by giving pro drivers 100 Million myRewards loyalty points so they can spend them on the items and services they value most from our travel centers."

To enter the Pilot Flying J 100 Million Points Giveaway, professional drivers simply swipe their myRewards loyalty program card when purchasing fuel from a diesel commercial fueling island at a Pilot or Flying J travel center across the U.S. Participants can enter the sweepstakes once per day, for 38 days, and can also enter by mail without making a purchase. 

Throughout the sweepstakes, Pilot Flying J will reward more than 65,000 prizes to professional drivers, the company stated.

In addition to the 100 Million myRewards Points Giveaway, Pilot Flying J is showing its support for professional drivers all month long through various offers on the myPilot mobile app, local celebrations in-store and more.

myRewards — a loyalty program for professional drivers that instantly rewards members with exclusive deals and points on fuel purchases — is free for all members. Drivers earn one point for every one gallon pumped, and each point is worth 1 cent when redeeming points earned. Sign up is available at PilotFlyingJ.com/myRewards.
