Pilot Travel Centers Matches Actual to Budgeted Labor at 310 Sites
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Pilot Travel Centers LLC is using RedPrairie's Workforce Management solution to match actual labor hours to budgeted labor hours at its over 310 Travel Centers nationwide. The country's largest operator of travel centers and over-the-road diesel fuel, Pilot has partnered with RedPrairie for nearly five years.
"We originally selected RedPrairie's solution based on their dedication to our business, and the long-term value we felt their software would provide," said Rick Ellison, Pilot Travel Centers operations director. "Supporting our store managers is a top priority in our organization. Our managers can now build great schedules in much less time than before we adopted the workforce management solution."
Pilot currently operates travel centers in more than 40 U.S. states.
