Project 7 Purified Water
This month, consumer packaged goods company Project 7 launches Project 7 Purified Water, a bottled water line that is linked to one of seven areas of global critical need -- Build the Future, Feed the Hungry, Heal the Sick, Help Those in Need, Hope for Peace, House the Homeless and Save the Earth, the company stated. Project 7 will donate 50 percent of the profits from the bottled water sales to seven charities, each supporting one of the seven areas of need, including fair trade programs, inner city development, clean water programs, domestic hunger relief efforts, HIV/AIDS awareness, disaster relief, environmental issues and more, according to the company. Bottled in the U.S., Project 7 encourages the recycling of its product, which will be made into t-shirts that are available for sale on the company’s Web site. In addition, 50 percent of the merchandise profits will also be donated, according to the company.
