07/14/2016

TULSA, Okla. — QuikTrip Corp. ranked No. 1 in overall consumer satisfaction in a recent survey of U.S. gasoline retailers conducted by EnergyPoint Research.

The survey, which was fielded March through May and analyzed more than 8,000 consumers aged 18 to 75, focused on satisfaction with major gasoline retailers across a range of attributes (fuel quality, service quality, ease of transactions, etc.), categories and regions.

Costco Corp. ranked No. 2 in overall consumer satisfaction, followed by Kwik Trip Inc., The Kroger Co. and Sheetz Inc., respectively.

“With gas prices down, Americans are taking to the road again. The good news is that many major gasoline retailers are finding new and improved ways to make the traditional refueling experience more efficient and enjoyable for consumers,” said Doug Sheridan, managing director of Houston-based EnergyPoint Research.
