Regional C-store Brokers Forming National Alliance
CAROL STREAM, Ill. -- Three of the top regional convenience store brokers are joining forces to form the National Alliance Network (NAN), which will offer regional coverage on a national basis.
Starting in the third quarter, Team Saverino, Total Convenience Marketing (TCM) and KC Krafts will work together as NAN. The alliance will have more than 50 sales representatives across the country, and will focus on national growth for both small and large chains.
Carol Stream, Ill.-based Team Saverino was established in 1984 and operates in the convenience store, vending and special markets segments in 14 Midwest states. Led by Frank Saverino, the company includes a street staff of more than 25 employees and an internal office staff of 14.
Humble, Texas-based TCM was established in 1987. Its main focus is the convenience store segment in 26 states from New Mexico to Maine. Each of TCM's marketing areas is independently owned. It employs more than 20 salespeople and three office staff members. Steve Bub has led the TCM team since 2005.
Vancouver, Wash.-based KC Krafts was established in 1994 and branched out to the convenience store segment in 1996. By January 2000, KC Krafts evolved into a convenience store brokerage that specializes in building foodservice product programs from the cooler door to the hot case. The company covers 13 states with four divisional offices and six sales reps.
