Ricker's Rolls Out Fee-Free ATM Cash Withdrawals
ANDERSON, Ind. — Ricker Oil Co. customers no longer will be accessed any fees when withdrawing money at ATMs at any of its 56 Ricker’s Convenience Stores locations.
No matter what financial institution a customer chooses to bank with, ATM cash withdrawals are free from Ricker’s usage fee charge as of June 1, the c-store operator announced. Ricker's now has the largest network of free ATMs in central Indiana, the company added.
“Offering free cash withdrawals at our in-store ATMs is just another way we can give back to our fellow Hoosiers,” said Quinn Ricker, president and CEO. “Ricker’s is an Indiana family-owned business and it has always been our top priority to take care of our own.”
Fee-free ATMs is part of a larger Ricker’s effort to provide more benefits to its customers and the neighborhoods they live in. As CSNews Online reported, the c-store chain recently rolled out a reduced-emissions fuel program, as well as made a financial commitment to protect customer credit card and debit card information by implementing anti-skimming technology at its automated fuel dispensers.
Anderson, Ind.-based Ricker Oil Co. was founded by Jay and Nancy Ricker in 1979. It employees more than 800 people and operates 56 convenience stores. Ricker's is known for its RickerPop fountain drinks.
