Rutter's Awards Final "Fuel Up Free" Prize
YORK, Pa. -- Gerald Wishard of Windsor Township was named the final and fourth recipient of Rutter’s Fuel Up Free sweepstakes.
Over the next three years, Wishard will be granted 15 gallons of gasoline per week. He can also use his prepaid fleet card for certain in-store purchases.
Wishard joins other 2008 winners: Kathy Wallick of North York, Jason Waltz of Spring Grove and Ollie Gildow of Shrewsbury.
Rising fuel costs this year made the Fuel Up Free campaign a success, according to the company.
