Rutter's Honors Employees of the Year

YORK, Pa. -- Rutter's Farm Store recently announced its employees of the year at an annual holiday banquet celebrating the convenience store retailer's workforce.

The top employees recognized with special awards are listed below.

• Keith Crawford, 2012 Store Manager of the Year. Crawford manages the Rutter's Farm Store located at 368 Lewisbury Road, New Cumberland, Pa.

• Christine Strouse, 2012 Restaurant Manager of the Year. Strouse is also part of the management team at the Lewis Road store.

• Jenny Kyle, 2012 Farm Store Employee of the Year. Kyle was recently promoted to Store Manager of the 129 Leaders Heights Road location after she displayed excellent customer service, the company noted.
   
• Dawn Myers, 2012 Rutter's Dairy Employee. Myers has worked at Rutter's for more than 36 years.

As previously reported by CSNews Online, 2012 marked a strong year for Rutter's foodservice program, which captured gold in Convenience Store News' inaugural Foodservice Competition at the NACS Show (the Association for Convenience & Fuel Retailing) in October.

York, Pa.-based Rutter's Farm Store operates more than 57 convenience stores in six counties in central Pennsylvania.
