Rutter's Opens 57th Convenience Store

YORK, Pa. -- The doors are now open at the latest Rutter's Farm Stores location. The 57th convenience store in the retail chain's portfolio is located at the intersection of Reynolds Mill Road and Susquehanna Trail in Loganville, Pa.

The 5,700-square-foot c-store adds 35 jobs to the local economy. Local charities will also see a boost, with Rutter's donating to the JLS Recreation Association, the Loganville Fire Co., The Goodwill Fire Co., and the Jacobus Lions Ambulance Club.

The newest addition to the Rutter's family is one of the locally based chain's stores. It features 18 auto fueling positions, four auto diesel fueling positions and three dedicated diesel truck fueling spaces. Inside there is a 20-person seating area, free Wi-Fi service and a TV.

As CSNews Online reported this past fall, it also incorporates environmentally friendly features such as LED exterior lighting, energy-reducing skylights, infrared-controlled interior lighting, a white reflective roof and instant hot water heaters.
