Rutter’s Taps New Vice President, Marketing

YORK, Pa. -- Rutter’s Farm Stores promoted Robert Perkins to vice president, marketing. He moves up the ladder from his previous post as director of marketing.

Perkins joined Rutter’s in 2007 and counts nearly 30 years of convenience retail experience on his resume. He has worked in marketing, sales, business development and operations. Perkins is a Virginia native and received a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Virginia Tech. He is also a graduate of the Strategic Business Model program at Harvard Business School and of leadership and strategic marketing programs at Babson College.

Rutter’s has 56 convenience stores in York, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania.
