Ryko Solutions Acquires R.W. Mercer's Car Wash

GRIMES, Iowa -- Ryko Solutions Inc. has acquired the assets and operations of R.W. Mercer's car wash service organization for Michigan. Terms of the deal -- which expands Ryko's presence in the Midwest -- were not disclosed.

Grimes, Iowa-based Ryko is a manufacturer of car wash equipment and provider of service support and cleaning products. The deal grows the company's national service support network of more than 250 trained technicians.

Tom Thomas, sales manager of R.W. Mercer's car wash operations group and Mark Hartzer, the team's service manager, will remain with Ryko Solutions, respectively overseeing the sales of all equipment, service and cleaning products and the subsequent scheduling, service delivery and customer support.
