Sheetz Expands in North Carolina
ALTOONA, Pa. -- While celebrating the opening of its new High Point, N.C., location Sheetz Inc. made a donation to the Miracle League of High Point, which is raising funds to build a baseball field for children with special needs.
"We are thrilled to be a part of the High Point community and be a part of the events that are important to them," Louie Sheetz, executive vice president of marketing said in a statement. "Sheetz has a long tradition of being involved in youth-centered activities so today we are happy to make a commitment to support the children of this community."
The new store, which is the 18th location in North Carolina, will feature cold and toasted subs, a variety of salads, fruit smoothies, French fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, burgers and much more, all made fresh to order. In addition, customers will enjoy Sheetz Bros. Coffeez, a full-service espresso and smoothie bar staffed by a barista.
