Stewart's Shops Rang in 2017 With 15,000 Free Coffees
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — Stewart's Shops gave away more than 15,000 cups of hot coffee and hot chocolate to customers on New Year's Eve. Customers could choose any size or flavor of coffee.
The convenience store chain offered the free beverages from 6 p.m. until close at all 336 of its locations on Saturday, Dec. 31. This marks an increase from last year, when the company gave away more than 12,500 cups, Stewart's Shops stated.
Saratoga Springs-based Stewart's Shops operates convenience stores in upstate New York and southern Vermont.
