SYSCO Finalizes Bunn Acquisition
HOUSTON -- SYSCO Corp., North America's largest foodservice marketer and distributor, announced that it has completed its acquisition of the foodservice division of Bunn Capitol, one of the premier foodservice distribution firms in central Illinois.
Bunn Capitol distributes more than 8,000 fresh, frozen and packaged goods to restaurants, healthcare businesses, clubs and other customer concepts throughout Illinois. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed by either company.
